Based on the fact that we are firmly seeking to move towards the next level,
we have taken on the lessons learnt from / by other companies that have already
done this (i.e. Dr. Dre
- Eminem
and Robert Livingston
- Shaggy). So even
though we work with numerous Artists as an Agency, we have decided (as a
Record Company) to concentrate all our efforts into finding one artist that
we knew would achieve and quite possibly surpass all our expectations.
For this reason the person we are now concentrating on is dancehall reggae
artist
Virgo Don. Even without having a manager Virgo has worked on many shows from all over
the world, ranging from paid to charity work, entertaining all age groups
from toddlers to grandparents showing how versatile he really is. He has
produced records for himself and other artists, collaborated with a wide
range of artists & entertainers, and even works on commercials for TV
and radio including a very successful TV Ad made for Kellogg's Chocolate
Rice Crispies squares in the UK. This is a recording artist that will take
a rhythm track and have a lyric (sometimes two) done and ready for recording
in two days, but do not be fooled, this track will always be of the highest
quality and standards. In fact Virgo's biggest asset is what seems to have
held him back so far, as he will always prefer live to studio
work. Hence, when all around him were busy getting famous by doing recordings,
Virgo was more pre-occupied with touring and getting more shows. Even now
when we get bookings for Virgo to do studio work, he will always pick out
the fun tracks first. Then he will make sure that he inputs so much energy
into the studio performance that you can almost imagine being in the studio
with him when you listen to any of his finished works.
Upon meeting Virgo Don and hearing / seeing him work, we knew that it was
only a matter of time until the world would be at the feet of this phenomenal
artist. That is why we have decided to take him onboard, to help direct
him towards all of our ultimate goal's (or should we say Platinum's). This
will happen, so watch this space and prepare for the onslaught.
